I was locked out of my house on a Saturday evening due to a malfunctioning lock. In an unfortunate twist, I also couldn't open my garage! The owner took my call and showed up within an hour to help me. He is very professional and personable. I highly recommend!

The owner was our technician and he demonstrated complete and utter professionalism, patience, skill, and customer service. All while working in 28 degree weather from 10:30-12:30. Not once did he complain, rush the process, or act inconvenienced. The man is a saint and I will always use this company for any key issues I have in the future.

On a Sunday morning my deadbolt broke. They answered the phone immediately. The locksmith was out in less then an hour and had it fixed in about a half an hour. Very professional and reasonable cost.

I would like to highly recommend this business! We found ourselves locked out of my Father-in-laws home this evening. They arrived on time the price was exactly what I was told. Could've even been less if the cheaper deadbolt wasn't too big for my door and it was done in a few minutes. I may change the other locks soon and I will definitely be using R.A.S. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful! They totally rescued us today! I thought we were going to need 2 new deadbolts and 2 new knobs, but he was able to fix and rekey most of them so we only needed one new knob. That saved us a lot of $ and tells you just how honest they are. SO very grateful that they're awesome!

The owner of RAS came out to our place when we were locked out and got us into our home in a very timely manner! It's great to have a company that's available to assist after normal business hours.
