The gentlemen at Racine's are great! They were very attentive, professional and provided additional services not expected. They repaired our RV ignition without charge so we could get back on the road. The local Ford Dealership wanted $$$ to repair. Even the purchases we did make there were easy on the wallet. Racine's reminds me of the past when businesses cared about people and went out of there way to help customers. That's the kind of customer service that makes people want to come back and to recommend the shop. Job well done gentlemen!

I edited my first review because immediately the new owner Mario contacted me and made it right. He definitely is a good businessman and makes the customer important. Old review- I wanted to support a local business and learned that this local business doesn't care. I wanted to purchase a new keyless fob for my car. I started with a 1st visit almost 4 weeks ago.

They said they needed to order the part. After waiting 2 weeks for them to call I stopped by. Tony said he didn't know what the status was he would check the next week. Again I hadn't heard from them so I stopped in. He said it was sent to the wrong store. Also he didn't seem to be able to find my information so I gave my contact info again.

Then I received a nice phone call on Monday from the young man working there. He said my fob was in. I told him that I work until 5 so I can't make it tonight but, I will get off work early tomorrow if that's ok. I asked how long it takes and he said only 10 minutes. I took off work an hour early on Tuesday and arrived at 4:40PM. Tony said oh no he updates his machine every day at 4 so he can't do it.

I mentioned that I spoke with the younger associate yesterday and he said to come in at this time. He said he could do it tomorrow so Wednesday I came in at 4:35PM and now Tony said he doesn't have enough time that I should have come in at 4. I left upset and would never recommend them to anyone. Obviously they must have enough big jobs to do that they don't need the business. I would suggest going to someone else who wants your business.

Wonderful service! Dean took extra time to teach me how to use my electronic door lock. He changed my locks in a very timely manner. Dean has strong customer service skills. He even taught me the difference between an alkaline and lithium battery.

Very strong customer service inside the store from Dean, they try to take time with each customer. I did come away satisfied with my purchasing decision. Overall, I'd wish they could have a bit more variety of items and some higher-end items, but I understand the limitations on a local store as well.

Nick was so professional and very friendly. He listened to our concerns and went to work on them right away and made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left our office. Highly recommend Racine's!

Racine's is the ultimate professional lock and alarm company. They have completely transformed the security of our business. They respond to calls in a timely manner and their service people are top-notch, not only for installation but help with using the new system and any issues that may arise. Their office staff are friendly and very easy to work with. We at Christlife Ministries recommend Gordon and his staff whole-heartedly!

I've contacted Racine's Locksmithing & Security at least five times since last week. I left one message on their machine asking for a return call, twice I spoke with a person and left a message with said person who assured me someone would call me. They never did, and I've tried to call several more times only to get the same answering machine. Racine's Locksmithing & Security customer service is extremely poor!

Five stars for these guys. Went to three different places before recommend to Racine's. This is there new location as they have moved. Took my old rv keys in to be fitted and made and presto in no time they were done. About eight dollars for two door keys no one else could make. They got my keys made to exact fit and wasted no time. It appeared they must have a thousand keys or better hanging on their wall.

I bet If they cant fit or make your key no one can. Fast friendly service with a smile. No BS here just plain good service. I would highly recommend Racine's Locksmithing for any type of key or lock issue you might have. I also inquired about auto chip keys and was told about eighty five dollars for my particular dodge key to be made. This was about 40.00 less than quoted by a different shop. Go visit I'm sure they can fix you up. P.B.

Racines always gives me a quality key, made fast and conveniently. I've never had any issues with the quality of Racine's. When I lost my house key, I was in a rush to get a new key made and it was a quick and easy process. There wasn't a wait, and the man behind the counter was incredibly helpful and fast. This is definitely the first place I'd look if you need a key in Pueblo.
