Regency provides inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. There are many types of Fire Suppression Systems which means that there are various regulations to follow. This company is so shady beware! they love to jam you with huge repair costs that are not necessary and retest after retest. total SHAM!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Oor HOA approached Regency last year when we had our fire alarm issue (multiple error codes per day triggering fire alarms). Regency claimed they could troubleshoot our fire alarm system and fix it because: "they installed our system and knew it better than anyone else." However, they demanded they would not work on it unless they obtained our account again (we left them because we found a company who could monitor our system for less).

We agreed (desparately) and Regency superficially investigated. They immediately blamed our other vendor's keyless entry system and refused to work on our system any further. This promulgated us to hire a 3rd party vendor to come fix what Regency claimed they could do. Now Regency is demanding thousands for troubleshooting our fire alarm system (which they could not do) and threatening us for payment refusing to negotiate at all. Stay away from this company. They are incompetent and hostile!

I hired Regency Fire Protection to install a fire sprinklers system into my commercial building and they did an amazing job with the highest level of professionalism in a timely matter. The handled everything from installation, electrical, permitting and all inspections. The whole job went smooth from start to finish just as they had promised when they started. Thank you both Avi and Israel for your help, I will be recommending you to anyone that needs any fire services.

Got referred to them by a contractor we use sometimes. Called Kobi, he told me to email plans, i did that and never heard back. No reply to email or texts. Job goes to a different company now. Moving on and so should you.

If I could give them zero stars I would. One of the WORST companies I've ever had the DISpleasure of working with. Terrible customer service, multiple bills for the SAME service, unreturned calls, and just awful management. When I had billing problems, the secretary said that the boss and billing people would NOT be willing to even take my calls. Horrible company. Avoid.

Regency Fire is great, they have always responded to our calls for service, repairs, and testing. Highly recommended for any business. They are a one stop shop for fire alarms, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers and yearly testing.

These guys are awful. We have a system in our building in Westlake/ DTLA. The system blinks with a System Trouble message and beeps every 5 seconds or so. You can hear this beep down the street. We have been calling and trying to deal with it for two days and are always told someone will call back or come out and it doesn't happen. There doesn't seem to be any real danger but what if there were. It's good to know we are in the trusted hands of a disorganized company that doesn't take safety or alerts/notifications seriously. I am so irritated with this.

Terrible. I called them 5 times, sent emails. the lady on the phone said that the boss was too busy. they never got back to me.
