John listened to what I was wanting. He has gone out of his way to make sure everything was working correctly. What a system with home automation! Couldn't ask for anything more, but if I can dream it, I am sure he can supply it.

Definitely an awesome company to come in contact with. I would recommend this company to all friends, family and co-workers of mine. The installer Joel was very informative and knowledgeable, polite and the owner John followed up with the work done. John made sure that the work was up to standards and made sure that I was satisfied. I can't thank them enough for my system.

The reason for my cancellation was due to the Facts: a) The service were activated some time around Nov 13 2018 however I had a break in at Location #1 on November 25th, 2018 and the Alarm did not went off. The burglary happened between 3:00 and 4:00 am but I did not come to know until my neighbor called me on around 8 am. I requested a service call but no one showed up to fix. b) When I signed up for the monitoring services through Safeguard Home security, I was told by Todd that my monthly subscription will be 24.9 per month where as the contract had 34.99.

At first I was reluctant to sign and you guys were calling me every other min to sign the doc. i was later ensured that I will be charged 38.88 per month however I will get the refund back for an amount which will be the difference of both 38.88 and 24.99. As a fair business practice the check should have been sent to me but never happened. c) Earlier when I complained to Brinks home security that My location # 1 was not services, another service call was committed by John McCreary while the customer service at Brinks bridged me on a call with John.

But again there was no service to that location despite the commitment. Unfair to a customer. d) There had been no service to two of my Locations, Location #1 and 2 during the night of Oct 25th 2019 and morning of Oct 26th 2019. I was unable to arm the systems at both these locations. There was no alert or notification sent out in case there was an outage.

I called Brink security monitoring my businesses and they were not able to get hold of Safeguard to schedule a service call. e) Lastly, when I called the John, I was verbally abused and threatened to screw my stores by John, over the phone. I have bringing this to Brinks security's attention and will be report it to the Law Enforcement for the this threat. John, I have all rights to cancel my services with Safeguard home security due unsatisfactory services rendered to me. In case you have any issue with this request you have similar right too, rather than threatening your customers. This is unfair business practice.

Guy was an awesome salesman that helped to explain everything and really listened to my needs. He didn't try to oversell me. Johnny was an awesome installer. He was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everything was connected right. I am pleased with tech support as well as they have been able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.

We can not be happier with the excellent and professional service from this company. Dawn and Charles provided us with all the information that we needed about their products and service. Joel, the technician that installed the security system was on time and performed a clean installation of the equipment. He kept us informed every step of the ways and educated us in how to access all the functionalities of the system.

After the installation Dawn and Charles came to our house to make sure that we were satisfied with the system and with the installation. I highly recommend this company for your home security needs.

I live in Cypress, TX and Charles Hartman was our seller. It was a great service so far. The equipment is a high quality one. Mr. Hartman was always available for answering our questions. In a overall we are very pleased with the customer service of Safeguard Home Security.

I don't understand the reviews for bad customer service, our experience has been wonderful. John has been very accommodating and went above and beyond our expectations. Their service is rated A+ with the BBB and I can see why. They were able to come and install the equipment immediately and get us setup with everything we wanted. I have been able to call John and reach him immediately.

My experience with larger companies shows that this is not always the case. I am not holding for long periods of time and they are very honest with what they can do for me. I can truly say we will be staying with Safeguard Home Security for the long haul.

This is by far, THE WORST HOME SECURITY SYSTEM. I've spoke to Aaron Negrete, the Regional Sales Manager, and he is very irresponsible. By the 3rd day, according to the contract, we could cancel the service. I understand he is trying his best to give us the best price and stuff. But my husband and I agreed on not getting their service anymore. How hard is it to understand that?

The next day I get charged for the first month already after I had already cancel with him. He said he had it all written down and he would set up an appointment to pick up their stuff. 3 days later I'm having to call the company because he didn't say anything and I still have a charge from them. They are not trustworthy at all! I do not recommend them!

My experience was a great one! Prompt service, knowledgeable about the product after installation the installer did not leave till he felt confident I knew how to work my system. Very professional. I highly recommend for home alarm system and camera installation.
