Safety Vision LP

I am very unhappy, my Truck's electrical system was running fine and before, and after they installed my system the installer said that a sparked jumped in my dash and my truck wouldn't start the next day and had to replace fuse panel and now at random times my electrical system will go in reverse mode. and now my lights are working all improperly.

Really nothing i can do because i can't prove it was there install that caused it, because no one will take that chance of being involved in a lawsuit situtation. I spent 1200 on a system feeling like I was getting a better quality, but that was not the case. very unsatistifed.not to mention the poor customer service i got as well.

I tasked Safety Vision to come up with a solution for our vehicle fleet with the ability to view our vehicles live. Without hesitation they rose to the challenge and delivered a great product. Great company to work with. Eric Fritz is extremely helpful. We have been running their camera system for a number of years and if we have an issue, which is rare, they are quick to provide us a solution.

Good idea. But just doesn't seem to ever work. Had to return back and get a appointment to make them work. Had all the units on Tractor Trailers not working. Like a month after they were installed. A couple of months after that they stopped working again. Got fed up and just gave up on making a appointment to get them fixed again. System cost $1200 each.

If I add what I lost on taking them to get fixed, which is a days work I'm at $2200. And to miss another day of work on getting them fixed. JUST NOT WORTH IT. If your a owner operator just buy a dash cam. I installed 5-6 unis. So do the math.

Very exceptional company, . I have been dealing with this company for 18 years with my local school Transportation department Ava we have nothing but good things. Thier customer service is excellent, never had any trouble. Looking forward to many years more.

Great system for our buses and very good technical support. Salesman has been great help as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend again.

Safety Vision has done an amazing job for our school district. We use them for all our camera needs. One of our main things that we need is trouble shooting after the fact.
