Just found out company auto renews your contract for 5yrs without informing you. If you want to upgrade they offer no incentives, even though l've been with company over 20yrs. Totally regret ever giving business to this company. If you're thinking of using this company Don't!

Watch out for paragraph 2 they will automatically renew your account without your consent for another three years. sneaky

I have very good service with SI. I have been a customer since 2001. The auto renewal is in the contract. You can negotiate the time length.

I got caught with paragraph 2 also. Raised hell and they backed off. Service is unreliable though.
