I have had this system since 1996. Was grandfathered in. I have been unable to get anyone to come out for over 5 years. I believe since I'm grandfathered in they are not giving me service. I call make appoints but no one shows. I had one today. I got a message that the tech was stuck in his driveway because it was icy. I had an appointment last week.

No one showed. This is a horrible company. I've asked several times to speak to an owner or a supervisor. No one calls back that has any authority to do anything. I've contacted BBB and our local news channel. How many others are not getting help.

Ralph helped me to solve my problem with my house security system. He directed me throughout the process with personal guidance and also providing me with pictures for better understanding about what I should do in order to resolve my issues pertinent to the alarm system. I stopped my service because the company has very poor service. I got a call that my alarm was going off. I asked that they dispatch the police. When I called back I was routed to a service in another city that could not confirm that my alarm went off. I asked that they connect me to my home office but they could only message them. I asked for a call back from the home office and here it is one week later and still no call back. This is not a responsible company-it is poorly run. I recommend you find another security company that has responsible people working there.

We seldom add new users to our security system, and I forgot our master code. I received excellent customer service today throughout my experience. My initial phone call was answered prompt BBC ly and professionally, I was promised that a service tech would call me back quickly, Ralph called me within 15 minutes. He was not only prompt, but knowledgeable and professional as well. Ralph not only helped me to recover my master code, he then walked me through the process of adding a new user.

Ty came this morning to install my new security system and cameras. He worked so efficiently and quietly that I almost forgot he was in my house! When he was done he showed me how to use the app and all the bells and whistles of my new system. I felt comfortable after he answered all my questions that I knew how to operate it correctly. He was polite, friendly, smiley and made sure he was taking COVID-19 precautions. All in all, awesome experience with Ty and with SSA!

Edward Heyden was on time for his service call and completed a comprehensive review of our system, installed and activated the cellular receiver, explained the operation of the keypads, and installed the services we needed (fire emergency, health emergency, and security). Ed stayed with us long enough to make sure everything was operating up to standards and we understood how to use the system.

He is excellent. He was at all times respectful, competent and sincere in his efforts to help us. We are satisfied customers. We hope Ed will continue to be our tech adviser.

I have been a customer for over 25 years for both my business and my home and have always received excellent service from George. I highly recommend them. Following up 9/27/19. Ralph came to install new wireless system and was so professional and easy to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently. Answered all of our questions and spent extra time going over everything with us. We could not be happier :-

Poor customer service. Tech did not show or cancelled last minute on three different occasions. Spoke to president of company and he was not willing to take fault or rectify the situation. I was going to be a new customer and they seemed to care less about getting my business.
