Matt, in the Tech dept, help solve an issue with a piece of equipment. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with me as I was learning how to operate the equipment and app. I had been a customer of Brinks before our remodel. Dealing with them was a nightmare. I have been a customer of Silent Guard for 15 years! They have always been there when I needed service or when I needed a walk through on how to do things. I have always felt that my property was well protected! We are completely satisfied with the companies quotes and service. The installation was completed by Jay in Somerset, KY. Jay installed the newest technology, was mindful to the location of our specific needs, and provided patience thoroughly explaining the system's instructions. He also made sure the app's on all of our phones were operational. Service IS one of the most important aspects of a security system. We found JAY to be a professional and an asset to the company. 5 Star Service!
