I went to this business to have my fingerprints done for teacher certification. The first time I went, the computer rejected the scans but the technician did a manual override (instead of scanning them again) to approve them anyway. The scans were deemed unreadable by the FBI and I had to redo them. I went back a second time, informed the technician of the issue, and asked that he not do the manual override and that he wipe the screen between scans so that the scans would be clearer.

He became angry with me, raised his voice, and refused to do my fingerprints. I then asked to speak to his supervisor. The owner happened to be there that day, so we spoke to him. The first thing the owner did was attempt to gaslight me and tell me that there was nothing wrong with the scans they'd done before. That didn't work, so then he tried blaming me.

The owner berated me, interrupted me while I was speaking, would not let me talk, and raised his voice to me as well. While this was going on, the technician laughed at me. In front of the owner. And the owner took the technician's side. He told me that I was being uncooperative and made me leave. I left the building in tears. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by staff at a business before.

Two fully grown men in their 60s ganged up on me, a young woman several decades younger, and bullied me to the point of tears. This is completely unacceptable from anyone trying to run a business.
