I give 5 stars because of this. I bought 8 cameras 1system from SpyMicro more than 10 years ago and installed myself. Because of their excellent support I took advantage and not update my system. They still support without annoying and warming welcome by call. Finally I feel bad and time for me to update to HD. So I just updated a few months ago. Any problem to my cctv is easy to call them than I figure it out my self. That's why 5 stars from me.

I have shopped here for some time now and love the friendly and professional staff. Kevin is very helpful and knows a lot about software and hardware. He goes beyond to help his customers. Bought a lot of stuff from them knowing they stand by their products and I will not be disappointed if I need some tech support.

I came here two weeks ago to get a "nanny cam" but wasn't sure what kind. Apparently, it wasn't as simple as I thought. The salesman explained to me patiently several aspects to consider when looking for nanny cam. He helped me picked the one that suits my need. The camera works great and I can view my kids live on my phone. I'm very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this place if you're looking for hidden camera or nanny cam.
