I have used SL Security Suffolk lock for years and their work and expertise is always top notch. Once I told him my son is autistic and escaped from the house they were highly empathetic, took it very seriously and dispatched an associate within hours to remedy my situation. The work was done fast, effectively with a high degree of care, cleanliness and respect for my son who is sensitive to high pitched noises. If you need any work look no further I am loyal and will continue to utilize them for any specific needs and their pricing is always reasonable.

2022 Review Great customer service! Love this place! 2017 Review went back today for. computer chip For my 2016 Chevy suburban. they made it while I waited. done in 20 minutes. Great service. sure beats sitting around at the car dealership all day! Thank you Suffolk Lock 2013 Review "VERY IMPRESSED! Suffolk Locksmith has been providing top notch service for many, many years. Once again they exceeded my expectations especially Lori who went above and beyond to help schedule an appointment due to a time sensitive situation. Thank YOU Lori for your excellent customer service along with kindness and compassion. My call for service this morning left me a little upset since I was told I would have to wait for a service tech for24-48 hours and that there was no tech available to help me navigate the problem by phone. We were heading to the weekend and there was a buzzing sound coming from some of my carbon monoxide systems. The sound was annoying and was scaring my dog.
About an hour later, I got a call from Frank from SL and he said he was in the area and would be there within a half hour. I was at work and he waited for me to get back home. Within less than an hour he had things fixed. But the most significant fact is that it was not even SL's equipment; it was the equipment installed by my builder that was failing.
Despite that Frank and the other tech with him changed all the batteries, educated me about the system and how it works and did it all with a smile. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the response when I first called, but Frank has renewed my faith in SL Security Pros and made me feel like they really care about their customers safety, security and peace of mind. Thank you.

Frank and Victor at SL Security Pros saved the day when, not only the door lock broke at one of my secured buildings, but also the alarm pad battery ran down. Between the two, within hours, my building was once again secured and the alarm system fully operational. Frank and Victor should wear a shirt with a big "S" on the front along with a cape!

What a great experience! I live out of state and needed help with my Mom living on Long Island. After calling around with no luck I was able to get service by SL Security Pros. Not only did Frank help my mom he made sure she was all good before he left her. My mom said she saved their number in case she makes a mistake again. Thanks frank!

I am a plumber and I locked my keys in my car while doing a house call. It was 6 pm, I called several locksmiths and could not speak to a live person anywhere. When I called SL Security pros, I spoke to a person immediately. They were very professional and courteous. I spoke to a man named Joe. Joe listened as I panicked about my situation and assured me he would take care of it immediately.
True to their word, A tech showed up with in 30 minutes and opened my doors. He was professional and careful leaving no trace of my accidental lock out. Not a scratch! I highly recommend this company. SL Security pros are lifesavers and affordable! Thank you guys!

I had lost the keys to my car in a parking lot. I had called many supposed 24/7 Locksmith's before I called These amazing people! They actually answered the phone, it was not a machine, it was around 8 o'clock on a Sunday evening. They came all the way out within two hours recoded a new key for me, Which was no easy feat, as I have an older vehicle. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and did exactly what they said they would. I Highly recommend this company to anybody who is locked out!
