Company policy tries to make you pay for someone else's bill if you move into the rental they lived in before you. So I've not been able to get internet because I refuse to pay someone else's bill. This policy needs to change!

Critical: Quality, Value It's pretty sad this is the only internet service offered down here. You either pay their outrageous prices and get ripped off or you're just out of luck. My internet speed isn't even very good. I should be able to watch tv and use my phone at the same time when paying $73/mo. I can't wait to escape these crooks.

I have had this company for 6 years only because there is no other option. I have had multiple packages with them and never have received what I pay for. Even with being on fiber, they can't deliver close to what you pay for. Their website is full of false advertising. They don't care about their current customers so once you get the "new customer deal" expect to be ripped off and paying way more then you should for internet.

I have a high end gaming computer and router both overly capable of the 1gigabyte internet pack that I pay for. I only saw 500-650mbps for 8months. I called to let them know and suddenly and coincidentally after complaining I see 900 for the very first time. However they told me that "the acceptable range for our 1 gigabyte package is 500-900mbps" how is half of what you pay $100/month for acceptable?!?!?

I'm not surprised seeing as every package I had with them I only saw half the speed I paid for. They will feed you every lie and excuse in the book. Please bring another internet company to Fentress county! PS if you don't bundle a home phone you are going to pay even more.

I was having trouble getting on the app. My daughter is the one who originally set up this account. Then she moved out so I'm taking it over. I called the young woman Kaitlyn was excellent. She was awesome hooked me up right away.

Pay a lot and only get 1mbps. can't even do anything with this awful wifi. We've called complaining about it for months and nothings changed, still junk as before. You'd think them being the only provider here they'd care about Their customers, but they don't they are just a monopoly who only cares about money, just pathetic.

We need another telephone Corporation to move in that way they have competition! I have been lied to multiple times promised that service would be on at a certain time with no avail! Talking to their customer service when things go wrong is like talking to a two year old kid. No organization and customer service will tell you anything you want to hear and fill your full head full of lies just to get you off the phone with them. I am very disappointed and anyone considering this telephone company or Internet service BEWARE!

I used to have Spectrum but moved to an area where Twin Lakes is the only provider. I'm now paying twice as much as I was with Spectrum and getting much slower speeds and worse service. Twin Lakes is the only company I've been with that actually charges you a separate fee to have caller ID and voice mail. Their speeds are so bad that my husband, who used to work a very nice work at home job taking support calls, lost his job because he could never stay connected to the internet and keep a decent speed.

When we first moved out to the area we literally had service techs at our house 1-2 times a week because we were having so much trouble with their service. For 5-6 months we struggled to stay connected to the internet and when we finally got fed up, we kindly asked if we could get any sort of credit due to the fact that we had been paying an outrageous amount for a service we weren't really getting and also because, as mentioned, they were the cause for my husband getting fired, and they wouldn't even work with us and refused any sort of credit despite the fact we could never really connect and stay connected.

Twin Lakes is a terrible company who takes advantage of the fact that some people literally can't get any other service by charging TWICE the amount of companies in areas where they have to actually compete. Not only that, but after talking to other people with them, I've fond out that they charge you more or less depending on where you live as I know people who have more services with them than we do and they pay less than we do. Can't wait until someone else gets out here because I'm over Twin Lakes and can't wait to get rid of their service.

I would honestly rather staple my nuts to my chest and do sit-ups all day than deal with this god awful internet service, but sadly Twin Lakes is the only provider in my area. So for people to say it's the best provider in the area is because it is the ONLY provider in the area.

Worst internet company in the area hands down. But they are the only choice in the area, so yes technically they are the best internet company because there is no one to compete with them. The speeds are horrible and if you are a gamer you know how frustrating it is to have bad speeds. I had to get a expensive WiFi extender from Walmart to make it bearable and not make me want to punch holes in the wall every time I played video games. When there are outages they are very slow to get out there to you to fix the problem.

Terrible internet service. When I signed up I was told I could have the 25mbs speed and they would have my area upgraded to the faster speeds by the end of 2016. When the tech showed up to set up the service he informed me the faster speed available to my area is the 16mbs speed. Here we are June 2017 and still nothing faster available. It's a monopoly and they do not care about their customers. They FORCE you to have a land line phone aswell. If you have anything else available in your area I would strongly recommend not going with twin lakes.
