I loved working for our clients, however the actual management of the company is less to be desired. Poor communication. It felt like I lived to work. No respect for days off or personal time. I would have to turn my phone off on my day off. My hours were cut then I was bribed with the cut hours if I worked a lesser paying site. This company has potential if the right people were running it and had empathy for thier cliants and staff.
