Founded in 1975, Triple-S Alarm Co., Inc. is one of the largest Family Owned Security Companies in the South. Started by Seth Ward and Rick Edwards as solely a Residential Security Company. In 1980 Rick and Mary Edwards purchased all the stock in the company and has grown the company to what it is today.
Our integrated security systems are designed and installed in your business to detect and notify of attacks and break-in attempts. These systems expand the ordinary capability to a great variety of automation tasks as well as monitoring the assets of your business space. Other features include: flashing lights in the event of an alarm, scheduled lighting scenes to help prevent costly break-ins and be able to monitor your internal business daily with remote access on your mobile device even when you are away.
The key to having an effective alarm system is the careful selection and placement of the detection devices, so as to best suit the environment and risk level. I have been with Triple S for over 20 years. Wanted to upgrade my system but you wanted to charge me almost $1000 to do so which is ridiculous! I am cancelling my service & going with another company who will do it for $100! Very disappointed in this company now

I wish I had used this company 22 years ago. Today we made the change to Triple-S Alarm company. No more ADT for us! I have never been happier. Chris and Kyle (the technicians) are very well trained, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This local company is a certified winner. If you are unhappy with your current company, do not hesitate to give them a call.

I have been very pleased with Triple S Alarm Company for my home security for years. When I bought my business 3 years ago, it had a contract with a large, national alarm company that I felt I needed to stay with until the contract expired. During those 15 months, I received horrible service from the large company. They did not have any service representatives in the state. Anytime that I had a question or problem, it took a very long time to get any assistance.

They subcontracted out all their technicians. I never knew who was going to come to my building for repairs, or to help me with the building expansion. Triple S has my safety and convenience as a priority. I can call my service rep on his cell phone or work phone with any questions that I have. They installed 16 new surveillance cameras in my business, and set them up so I can view them on my cell phone anytime! Whenever I need help, Triple S is ready to help me right away. This makes a huge difference in my peace of mind.

We just moved into a house that previously used Triple S Alarm for a security system. We thought surely they would be willing to just extend the service. Well, they have the worst customer follow-up I have ever seen. My husband called twice, and then I called twice, trying to get them to come out and give us an estimate for service. The receptionists took messages, but the technicians never called back. So, obviously, we are taking our business elsewhere.
