This business is not professional when it come to customer service. I called TRL and was treated with no respect. This is not mark Purdy's standards of customer service as it says on his page for excellents. Our company spend thousands and yet we get treated unfair. Thanks you TRL and great company Mark you really spend time to training your employees.
