Eric is a sold called manager tried to talk to him after seeing that his security guard was in my car when she was advised to knock on my door as my teenager were in my car with the ac and she opened My door to my car my money and stuff were in there and she invited her self there. Do not trust nor hire these people

There is a turner patrol at WinCo/Costco. My husband parked in handicapped parking(with handicapped plates on our car). The woman patrolling began shouting at him, belittling him, threatening him with calling the police if he didn't move out of the handicapped spot. He can barely walk. He showed her our license plate and that he was parked legally.

She continued to harass him. I called Turner security and spoke to a nice gentleman that really tried to help. The security guard who was so horrible still patrols that lot. It seems she likes to harass the elderly and the handicapped because she was terrible to someone else when we were there the beginning of this month.

Mike is the best he deserves a raise he's the only Man i usually trust there.older but hard working devoted and the quality of customer service he gives is one in a miliion od hire him if I had a buisness one day soon working on it he's humble and outstanding this world needs him and others like him hats off to you Mike uour the best.

This company does not value employees Mike lies and has favoritism. In this company they don't care for anything. No benefits sick leave or insurance. Mike cares only about money. I don't recommend anyone to work for this company

I have been working with Turner for over 2 years. All I can say is that this company has alot of negativities: 1. Dishonesty. 2. Cheap. 3. Favoritism. 4. Getting force to work. 5. Cheat on your payroll. 6. Limited hours. 7. Schedule changed weekly. 8. Poor benefits. 9. Gary and Mike. 10. Finally UNPROFESSIONALISM. I do not recommend this company, it was stressful and I suffered with my physical health and mental health issues thanks to all the bs from Turner.

If I could put zero stars I would. The people that work there lie out their a$$, give you halfa$$ information and pay late. I would NOT recommend this place.

Been having a lot of issues with Turner Security the last couple of months. Their follow ups and service is very poor. Been waiting for weeks for them to complete a job approved weeks back. When they do start the job they don't have all the parts needed causing more waiting time amd frustration. Plus, they leave wires behind and do not update the staff on what is pending or not complete. You have to call to figure it out.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They are theifs disguised as " security gaurds". The people in office - Micheal and James are rude, unprofessional and bully. They do not care about service, customers or work ethics.all they want is to extort money by all means. NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY IF U DON'T WANNA GET ROBBED.

This company is extremely horrible it's not a good place to work for when it comes to security and not a good company to hire for security I do not recommend anyone work for them at all if u want a good security company to work for and hire CIS security is a excellent company to work for great benefits weekly pay and can work around ur schedule I recommend them or any other security that's non like turner

Turner Security Officer Parked in Handicap Stall. January 19, 2020 Approximately 1159 Hour As I was searching for a closer handicap parking stall and had observed one near the entrance of Target store in River Park Shopping Center, I waited for the security vehicle (approaching from the south bound direction) to pass, but instead Turner Security officer decided to pulled into the handicap stall (the one stall I was about to use).

I located another handicap stall that was a little further away and as I was slowly getting out of my vehicle, the security officer proceed to back out the handicap stall and I gesture him to stop. Upon making contact with the security officer, I observed he had on a captain bars on his collars. I said to him, why did you decide to park in a handicap spot?

He said he needed to talk to someone. I said to the officer, you should know better then that and he apologies. Personal Comment: It would be nice for society to have common decency and respect for disability community and be considerate for people who genuinely need the handicap stall;s. It is hard enough for those who have sever disability to get in and out of their vehicle in their daily lives, And for someone who is serving the private sector community to disregard and disrespect the disability community by parking in the handicap stall without proper State DMV credentials (placard or handicap plate) is a misdemeanor crime and just plain stupidity.

We have used them for a few years now and at first, everything was fine. We moved from ADT to them, but we started having some system issues recently and needed help from Turner. I had been trying to get in touch with them over the last few months sporadically and didn't get a call back. Over the last two weeks, I called them 6 times and no call back.

I finally called the monitoring service number and they sent Turner an e-mail. Still no response and then I sent an e-mail and finally got a call back. No apology, just excuses about changes in personnell. Kurt came out and said that since they didn't install the system that he had no idea how to fix it and probably wouldn't be able to. He asked if we had been consutling out troubleshooting guide -I don't even have one and I feel that a security company should have the expertse to fix anyone's system if they want to take our montoring money.

My husband told him we were done, Kurt cancelled our service as he was driving away and even gave us a refund of remaining days. At least he was promt on that front. The monitoring is great, just don't expect any help from Turner on your system.
