I have a shop in Naples Fl, and needed my camera system updated. Eduardo was the technician who repaired it. I couldn't have ask for a more professional and kind person who trouble shooted my system. If I have any more issues he would be my first call. Thanks Eduardo!

We purchased a villa with an older security system. Alarm sounded, screaming continually, during a thunderstorm. We had not been given any info on the alarm system, had no code, no key to the box. The only way I could silence the alarm was to throw the circuit. After searching for a week, for a security company to service the system, I had no luck.

Some did not call me back. One would not come unless I agreed to update and activate the system. In the meantime, we had no power in our master bedroom suite. A friend suggested I call Vigilant. They quickly agreed to come and made an appointment for 3-4 p.m. Eduardo arrived a few minutes early, was very professional, looked at the system, and advised that the technology was obsolete and recommended deactivating the alarm system.

He did so, and restored our power. When I asked for his invoice so I could pay him, he said "no charge." I wanted to give him a tip, but he declined. What a great guy! He said to call him if I decided to install a new system, which I would definitely do. I told him I would highly recommend him to others. What a great experience to deal with this company and especially with Eduardo Rivera.

New alarm installation today. The technician was fantastic, thorough, and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Update: three years later and a new home, Vigilant Security is still my choice for security. Eduardo knew exactly what we wanted and installed cameras and the full internal security. When he left you would never know he was here. Arrives on time and get the job done in a quick and professional manner. No other choice for my wife and I. My wife and just closed on our new home and needed a security system installed.

The builder's recommended company was not able to deliver the system that we wanted. I found Vigilant Security on a web search. I called the office and spoke with Brantley, the owner. He listened to my needs and sent his tech Eduardo to my home to discuss options. Eduardo was very knowledge about the system we wanted. He was able to review the pre-wiring that was done during the building of the home and determined where we had issues.

The quote on the installation was delivered promptly and the installation was scheduled. The pricing was exactly where we expected it to be based on prior experience. Eduardo was on time with calls prior to his arrival. The system was installed, the house was spotless when he left and the system works perfectly. There is something to be said for dealing with a local, family owned business. I recommend Vigilant Security if you are in the market for a new or improved security system.

For a couple of years Vigilant has been our go-to for all alarm and hard-install surveillance needs at home and office. There is no upsell effort, they provide you with options and then make your choice happen - and quickly. We have sent them to a number of clients and everyone is pleased with the result.

We decided on Vigilant Security for our home security system. Eduardo is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite and very thorough at installing. We originally set up in April or so and called Eduardo to upgrade and add more exterior night cameras on the property. We can not be more pleased with the upgrade and still have more to come after construction is finished!

Wonderful Company to do business with. Eduardo came to our home and examined the system the house had in it prior to us. He was able to find nearly everything and said that it would take time but they could use it. He was they only person out of three companies that took the time to do this. Service was provided when promised and the follow through is second to none.
