I called RTA on a Tuesday morning. By noon they were here installing my new system. It is as advertised, very user friendly and affordable. I would recommend them to all my friends.

This company does not answer phone calls. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company, the answering service keeps telling me that someone will call me back. No one ever does. This is happening for the last four months. I will file a complaint with the FTC and WV consumer affair department.

Affordable Locksmith in Alexandria, VA over-charged me for rekeying by $75 and after four attempts to get reimbursed $75 have not received a return phone call. The price of rekeying is $75 and I had 2 keys rekeyed but charged for three.

I called these guys when I lost my Ford Focus keys. The guy came in about half an hour and making the new key took him about 45min. Prices was reasonable. All in all - I'm very pleased with this company.

Owner of company is rude and never responds to phone calls. Employees who put my system in complained about the company the whole time they were there. So with upset employees means that the work was not done very well. Would not recommend this company for your security needs.

I too received my pre-programmed system from GeoArm, mounted my wireless sensors and did a walk test to test that the programming was done correct and it was. I would recommend them so far, as they are knowledgeable and responsive.
