I will never buy from them again. I had them install a camera system at my home in naples. After the second day, I started having problems with cameras (video lost) there tech support wouldn't help me and their warrenty would not cover it.

I too received my pre-programmed system from GeoArm, mounted my wireless sensors and did a walk test to test that the programming was done correct and it was. I would recommend them so far, as they are knowledgeable and responsive.
