Very professional and I got separate techs for different installs. Wiring looked beautiful cameras worked great. I did the firewall configuration because that is what I do but their techs had my back if need be. Price on par with market so it was more about how good their techs were and it definitely did not disappoint. Would use them again if I had another security cam job. I was looking to replace my home security system (cameras and alarms). I had 6 cameras installed as well and a 2 zoned alarm system. They entire team from sales to technicians were professional and provided me all the details needed. The install was a breeze. I did have a slight issue with viewing the cameras on my TV. I called and they sent another tech over quickly. It was a quick fix with a TV setting. What I love is that I have the most update to date technology and do not have to pay a monthly fee for my cameras. I would recommend Total Security.
