ALOA is a trade association of Locksmiths, safe techs and other security professionals. It is known world wide as the best assoation in the industry. On a side note the one star review above is odd because there is no ALOA customer service for the general public only a member services department ALOA itself provides no services to the general public past referrals to members and public service anouncments.

I received horrible customer service by one the members of this association, Magic Locksmiths of Salt Lake City, Utah. I was lied to and overcharged. Then referred to Locksmiths of America customer service line, it was an even worst experience; very pushy and deceitful. Do not use any company associated with Locksmiths of America.
