Had salesman out to do quote. I let him know I was in a hurry for quote. After over a week of not hearing anything I called and asked for him to call me or to give me a new salesman. I was told he was the only one knowledgeable enough to do my quote. I waited 2 more weeks still no word. I called back and still nothing. Almost a month into it and still no quote, call or contact.

I paid over $300 for batteries to system! Took over 2 hours to replace a few batteries and when questioned why so long I was told there were so stairs. I talked to the company and was told they would take 1 hour off bill which was $90 if I would keep the service! I don't play those games and I don't deal with shady companies. I'm done with them and urge anyone that is even considering their services to be careful and don't be surprised about outrageous bills!
