My alarm was triggered by accident. They were right on top it. They were making sure that my son and I were ok a making sure that the police needed to be called. They are responsive and caring. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been with Accel for over 14 years and they always respond to an alarm within a minute. I have other friends who when they get an alarm might not even get a call back from other companies, not Excel they always are on the ball thanks Folks at Excel
