Not sure how it is working there but trying to get a job is a joke. First interview goes great with HR, then they ghost you for a week or two, then they finally set up a second interview, which ends up being THE EXACT SAME INTERVIEW AS THE FIRST INTERVIEW WITH THE SAME HR MANAGER. Then they ghost you and never reply to any emails/calls.

No company is perfect, and while is isn't an exception here, my experience with Tech so far has shown me that the people here legitimately care about their customers and their employees. That passion is a foundation that can be built upon to be a wonderful place to work, as well as a great experience as a customer. I'm very happy since I found Tech as a home.

Support was very poor. didn't respond for a week. I had to track them down. still no answer on when they are going to fix my phone system. They said they were sorry which is nice but it doesn't fix my phone problem.
