My husband and I accidentally locked ourselves out very early in the morning. We tried absolutely everything to get in and had access to all the tools in the garage but were still stuck (at least we know our home is secure!). We called lots of other local locksmiths whose website offered 24 hour lock out services, but Giles is the only one that answered. They arrived within 30 minutes (very early in the morning too.) The gentlemen was incredibly kind and we were back inside in minutes. Hopefully, we'll never need a locksmith again but if you're having one of these kind of days, I'd highly recommend. Professional, kind, efficient, and available when you need them. Thanks, Giles!

I had a key barrel that would come out of the door handle along with the key. They couldn't supply a new barrel but in five minutes had the old one fixed as good as new. Saved buying a new handle.

Absolutely fantastic gentlemen! Evan and Jeff worked 3 1/2 days on my project, no breaks, no swearing, just worked steady until everything was done. Very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. I absolutely would recommend them for any lock/key/safe job. Hands down, the best of Redding.

Late Friday afternoon I called with a frozen lock at our business. Giles came right over and fixed it. They have always been our go to for keys, rekeying, and locks, residential or commercial. Professional, fast service that I would highly recommend.
