I have had Guard Tronic since 1967. The alarm has gone off 3 times in the last 1 1/2 years and no one was breaking in and the police came. Very embarrassing. 4 weeks ago the alarm went off 6 times in 30 minutes and Gaurd Tronic did not call. After the second alarm I called 911 myself and the dispatcher stayed on the line with me and heard at least 4 more of the alarms. There would be a little space between each.

Guard Tronic finally called after the police had been here for 15 minutes. If I had not called the police, they would never have come. Guard Tronic scheduled 3 different repair visits, three different times: each missed. The last time I talked to them after they had failed to appear, I told them I was going to call ADT. ADT came out quickly to do the contract and 2 days after Christmas they are installing the system as I write. Nice people to deal with. Never trust Guard Tronic.
