I had an unfortunate issue of a physical problem with my keypad unit disconnecting from AC power. The technician, Eric, was extremely helpful & courteous, in helping me resolve the problem, test the unit remotely, & get me up & running again. Would definitely recommend their services.

Highly recommend! I just got a new alarm. The pro series is awesome! The customer service from the beginning Lindsay was very pleasant. Jay and Gina in service are very helpful and work around my schedule which is super convenient. Sales person Jason was very pleasant and knowledgeable and works around your schedule. I had a question for the sales person and Robert in sales helped out when Jason was out. Technician Rob was professional and knowledgeable. Rob thought outside the box in the install. He taught me and my wife how to change batteries. Everyone goes above and beyond the call. A plus customer service! Thanks Advanced Alarm for making my family safe!
