HEAP is a Home Energy Assistance Program, which was designed for low-income families and was established in 1981. HEAP allows low-income homes to afford the energy used to both heat and cool their houses.

The Founder

Robert Allyn was the driving force of Allyn Oil Company, a family owned Freeport business since 1944. Robert Allyn and his mother Doris Allyn built Allyn oil to be one of the premier Service Companies on Long Island. Born in Jamaica, Queens, Allyn graduated from Brooklyn Technical School, Fort Greene in 1941.
Service Contracts

A Service Contract is a must for those households with a heating system or hot water system that is over 3 years old. Some Long Island homeowners do not have any service contracts, and they end up paying for each service call. Allyn Services does C.O.D SERVICE however, it is not recommended, in fact, 90% of our customers are have a Service Contract.

We highly recommend you call and talk to our family owned staff and discuss the right plan for you and your family. Customers are required to pay within 15 days after the oil has been delivered.
