Did not get deposit back due to a party we booked in March of 2020, the beginning of the pandemic. This company did not provide services and refused to give us a deposit back after rescheduling party now(contract stating they will give us services at a later date or deposit back).The owner would not come out of the office, had his secretary doing his dirty work. This business is surprisingly still up and running but just burns people for their money. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere for security.

The younger lady in office was polite and a couple guards were nice, but the owner and woman in charge @ our event were horrible. 1st setting up and the owner pulls up and threatens to call the landlord and have our party stopped because we couldn't have guests there. (Mind you we were all in sweats setting up). Then when taking pictures he comes back to tell us we have to stay inside the building or he will shut us down.
All night it was one thing or another. Mind you we had no issues with our guests, no belligerence, no fights, kids were great etc. The security lady in "charge" on the other hand kept threatening us and our guests. She also only spoke spanish so 2 of my guests had to keep translating, pretty much tied up my time and kept me from enjoyng my guests.

WORST SECURITY EVER! We had hired them for my sons baptism the old man was cool but the lady (ROSIE)! She was out of control being so nosy and strict with my guests and ended up taking bottles away from people that were of age(21+) Not cool never getting them again or i suggest u look for some other security services that will do and respect what the party host says
