Matt, in the Tech dept, help solve an issue with a piece of equipment. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with me as I was learning how to operate the equipment and app. I had been a customer of Brinks before our remodel. Dealing with them was a nightmare. I have been a customer of Silent Guard for 15 years! They have always been there when I needed service or when I needed a walk through on how to do things. I have always felt that my property was well protected! I have always had responses when something was wrong at my house, iron over heating, low batteries or when friends used the wrong code to disarm the system.
