We've been with Custom Alarm for a couple years. We recently had them come out and install another camera to our already existing system. We couldn't be happier. From the install to customer support, Custom Alarm is, hands down, the BEST in the business. They've got a customer for life.

Excellent service. We have used custom alarm for years. They alarmed our home when we were young for security and our peace of mind particularly when traveling and working. When we retired and we're boating and on the go they helped too! We downsized and have used cameras in the home for Alzheimer's partner with caregivers and an app on my phone so I could have peace of mind that all was well at home while shopping etc. Recently I had a small stroke so now reinstalled system so my children can check on me and I can wear a watch that I if I need assistance I just push a button for help in an emergency.

They crew that did the installation was awesome. They worked around our kitchen cooking schedule and the kids play schedule to install our new cameras. The guys were amazing. Thankyou for the quick, easy installation and for teaching me how to use them. Lorilyn
