We had to order a gate for our small business. The whole installation of the gate process was a complete disaster. To begin with, we ordered the gate and it took a year for it to be delivered. It seems like we could have ordered the gate, flown to china and picked the gate up and delivered it back to our store faster. Secondly, they measured the gate wrong and it had to be cut, delaying the installation by two weeks and making our mailbox customers upset.
Then when it finally was installed, it didn't work. The locks weren't able to be opened without using a vice grip. There were pieces missing and or didn't work on it. There was a pin at the top that came out of place and we couldn't close it all the way until recently. The guys who came to fix it even said, the installation was poorly done.

I bought security doors from Metro and the wouldn't even come to put 6 screws in my gate. Tried to charge me over $200.00 for 6 screws! They wouldn't even honor the warranty (I will be seeing them in court) they tried to say that the warranty expired and I have paperwork that proove it! Very bad company to deal with. Even their gates suck; real weak, but I really needed them at the time!
