Joe has been the owner of Security Services Northwest since 1987. He served as a reserve police officer for the Wenatchee Police Department, Bainbridge Island Police Department, and Bremerton Police Department, and he was an undercover narcotics officer for the Wenatchee Police Department and North Central Washington Narcotics Drug Force.
