"Fast, Dependable, Same Day Service".yeah, good luck with that. They claim to perform emergency services but apparently get too booked up to actually perform these services. I got locked out of my house and when I called to ask for their emergency lock out service, I was told "sorry, good luck!"

I have been in real estate for over forty years, and when I need a key made, or a lock re-keyed, I have complete confidence in Easter's. I have never had to return a key duplicate, and the prices and turn-around times are reasonable, and the staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

These guys are great. I had a mix of 18 simple "retail level" keys cut while I waited. You know, 6 of these (for a clubhouse), 3 of these, 2 of those, etc. The tech immediately went off and cut them while I waited and quickly checked me out. He was friendly and very professional. Each key operated smoothly in their respective locks. Have been going to these guy for years and they never disappoint.
