I have been a customer of DMC for almost 15 years. Chuck is my go to guy, I started off with them as a business customer and after I sold my business, still enjoy their services for my residential needs. They are definitely a close knit family business that goes out of their way to get it done. I have referred many friends along the way and will continue to refer more!

After my old alarm company left the business, I interviewed five candidates. One company wanted $1800. Another wanted $900. Another $500. This was the only alarm company that did not tell me I "needed new equipment." or my old alarm would not work. No salesman hype about "wanting the best protection for my family." Instead DMC came in and set the whole thing up in two hours. Just got the bill. $125 total. I sure hope those other companies see this review. Their customers, too.

Good monitoring from the girls on the phones, the worst service techs forgot to ground my unit properly and it burned out when lightning struck, they want me to buy a new one from them even though they are at fault. Units come with NO warranty whatsoever this is my second unit. will not do business with a company like this owner is a scam artist with his contracts.
