Gus from Illinois Alarm was a pleasure to do business with. We were required to install a fire alarm system in our condo. Gus met with me multiple times, once he was willing to meet with me on a Sunday morning, none of the other contactors were willing to do this for me, and he was available by phone during our condo board meeting at night. He also provided us options on installing the detectors using a round conduit which was silver or a nice white wire box mold, which was more expensive but since this our home, we wanted it to look nice. Illinois Alarm's installers were amazing and cleaned up each day after themselves, and when they come here to test the system, they are always polite and professional. I do feel sorry for them as if you read the reviews, there is another company that almost has the same name. Please call Illinois Alarm and ask for Gus, he will take good care of you.

ILLINOIS ALARM leads the way! Best alarm company in the business. As soon as i met with Gus and team, i booted my current vendor. They helped my business with a rare camera setup and program. They were cheaper than the competitors and have a family feel.
