Our company recently retained the services of Sentinel to provide security and monitoring for our Dallas warehouse. Donny on the Sentinel team was our Technician and systems expert and provided exceptional service and subject matter expertise. Donny's work and Sentinel's dispatch service couldn't have come at a better time as shortly after our system installation we had an attempted break in. Our alarm system and notifications from Sentinel's best in class dispatch center prevented our business from having any losses and kept our inventory safe. I'm very pleased with Donny and the entire Sentinel team!

Let me tell you about a positive experience I had had recently as your Service Manager, Donny, was finishing up with upgrading my Sentinal Alarm System. As we began to settle my bill, I began to cry uncontrollably. Donny was very supportive of my personal crisis and offered to keep me in his prayers. Later that day, I began to feel better. Donny thinks outside the box, which, in my opinion, is the best kind of employee for a company to have. Thank you Donny, for your healing prayers and for thinking outside the box.
