Awful customer service [two different women] whom absolutely does not care about their customers and I've been with them for 17 years.faithful.made every payment on time and never complained. They sent someone out to my home said that I needed an upgrade that had to be done. I paid the guy and signed his work order. I decided just a few days later to cancel my relationship with protech and go to another company due to the fact that protech was unable to fulfill what was needed for my family.
I called to cancel my service and the lady was so rude on the phone and said that will be a 1000.00 dollars.you are under a three year contract. I told her that was totally unbeknownst to myself or my husband and after 17 years why would I sign a three year contract.it's all so fishy. I pleaded with her only to fall on deaf ears. Boy.how is that for taking care of your customers. They should really be ashamed. Please if anyone knows whom to send this to please do so Things in this world are bad enough then to have a local business treat you with such disrespect.it boggles the mind Robin Rupp

Protech has always been my trusted company for my security safety. I just had it installed in my new home. Ryan made the transition from my old house seamless. I recommended working with him direct. Garrett came today and installed the system. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Went through the system and and helped me set up the app. 10/10 service
