Had system installed over a year age. Had an issue recently. Reached out to the company. They had someone out right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and also very professional. Had my security system up and running the very same day. Very happy with their costumer service and quick response. Would recommend this company to anyone seeking quality service.

We were under a time crunch to have the cameras and intrusion detection installed. J&j far surpassed our needed time getting it done early. I have been a long term customer since the early 2000s, paying on a yearly basis. When it came time to switch from their antiquated service only a few months into my recurrent year, they refused to issue a refund for the remaining period. To charge for services not rendered, especially after being a customer for so long is a very poor business practice. I would not recommend becoming a customer, but if you do, be aware that once they get their hands on your money, it is gone. In response, I spoke with the owner George twice. That is your policy.
