The gates are beautiful however they have no provided the self closers we need for the pool and the electric double gates are too small and they did not provide a motor! They won't respond to me and I can install the gates. I have to find another company to finish thier job. Like I said beautiful gates but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT A COMPLETE PROJECT!

Excellent team and products throughout sales support design and installation. Yael especially made the plan design and install super easy and her experience proved highly valuable. The finished products are testament to their quality over the years of use especially by the ocean. Well worth a conversation and quote. The installation was beautifully done. Several years later I had a problem with the gate working, Mulholland came out and said I needed a new mother board in the call box, approximately $3000 cost. I called another company to get a second estimate, they discovered a short, and fixed the problem. It cost $145.00. to fix the problem. However, the company also discovered that the junction box was placed on the neighbor's property, behind the fence which Mulholland had installed.
When I asked Mulholland to move the junction box to my property, to my side of the fence, they refused. I had the work done for approximately $1,000, and Mulholland refuses to reimburse me. It is beyond comprehension that such a gross lack of competence and supervision could occur in the first place, and subsequently, though past the warranty period, refusing to correct such incompetence and stupidity. Watch out, and be careful before you deal with this company. Once the job is done, you are on your own.
