This rating is only a one star because it wouldn't let me post ZERO stars - Sent two techs for a simple fire inspection. Inspection was complete two months prior, so everything was working. Told them some fire pulls needed replaced, buttons stuck on release. Eight hours later with two guys, still not passed. Have to come back out today to finish. Horrible customer service, dishonest sales personnel, and a team full of techs, who don't know ANYTHING related to fire systems.
We went with this company because they had an office on this side of the water, figured we would get great service. Nope all tech members come from the other side of the water, charged with trip charge in addition to the two clowns at over $100 each, stay away from this company. There are so many better places number one would be York river systems, or ProTec, with both having WAY better response times and people who are competent to complete your job.

We've used ASI for at least 10 years. Recently we've needed service for several separate issues related to regular maintenance and upgrading older equipment. The office staff is extremly friendly and helpful, I called many times in one day and they were pleasant every time. Carmen made sure they got a technician here to deal with an emergency. Ramon was able to walk me through one issue by phone. Their technicians have been polite, and got the job done at the quoted price.

We have been using ASI for several years and have always gotten the support and service we pay for. Numerous times we have had to call for service after hours and on weekends and holidays, ASI has always shown up and fixed the problem and gotten us back up and running. We plan to continue to use them for quite a while.

We just finished a project at the VB oceanfront and could not be more pleased with the service provided. The staff clearly laid out a plan to address the issues with the existing alarm panel that could not handle the upgraded fire pump. They are also helping us on another project with the security system and onsite monitoring during the construction project. Great personnel with the knowledge and right attitude to get the job done.

They are experienced and knowledgeable on their equipment and services they offer, especially Mike M. I can't say enough of their customer service manager (Cristen). She is fantastic and so helpful with information and getting service out to us promptly.

ASI has been our Security Technology company for the past 2.5 years I have worked for my current government command. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. Anytime we have issues with our IDS or ACS, we give them a call and they're typically here to fix the issue within a day, often times, within an hour or two. And the staff who comes to fix it, can typically pin point the issue and have a solution in minutes.
They also take the time to show me or my security staff what the problem is and walk us through the solution. I am relieved knowing that if we have an IDS or ACS issue or emergency, ASI is the company who will be fixing it.quickly! Thank you, ASI!
