We have had the First Line Security System in our home for 30 years now and have been extremely happy with all aspects of it. The system gives us peace of mind when we are away from home as well as when we are in the home as it makes us fully aware of smoke or fire. It is easy to disarm the system if there is a false alarm. The entire thing is user friendly! Best of all is the personal attention you will get if any support is needed.
Someone will promptly come to your aid when requested and any issues will be solved at once-although there have been almost none in 30 years. I highly recommend this company - you will get a quality product, personal care and most of all peace of mind with knowing your home is protected.

Tom and his team were professional and efficient. Tom guided us away from an involved system and to something that while simpler, still more than meets our needs - and at a lower cost. The installer, Paul, was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. His work is neat and he cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Fist Line.
