I had a very bad experience in working with this company. I struggled to get them to do what they initially said they would do for months. I would call and they would fail to follow up. In the end I went with a Company that was nationwide and my issues were resolved within a week. The only thing they were good at was harassing me for a bill.

Have been through 7 security companies in this town for my homes and business. All these security companies are front and center when they have a big job to do for me---but when it comes to smaller customer service? They don't bother returning your calls. This company in particular. When I told them the issues I had with the other companies, they promised they wouldn't be that way, ever. Case in point?
They ARE EXACTLY as they claimed they wouldn't be. I'm so sick and tired of dealing with security companies in this town. Nobody seems to care one bit. I ALWAYS have to call this company 3-4 times to get them to come and fix the issues I have. They have an answering machine where I've been told to leave messages and they would promptly return my call to schedule and appointment---BUT THEY NEVER DO! Moving on to an 800 number security company. Being a local business owner, I want to keep the money in this town to support the other local businesses. BUT THEY DON'T CARE. That's why I am moving on to a company outside of El Paso.

I called Dorney Security Systems about some issues concerning my mailbox being vandalized and I received awesome customer service from an employee named Crystal. She was very professional and knowledgeable about exactly what I needed. She took the time to hear my concerns and explained to me in detail what services they offered and the benefits of. those services. Crystal seemed genuinely concerned about my issues and made me feel so comfortable about doing business with them. Being a customer of DSS for 12 years now I will say they are affordable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and provide great customer service. Make you feel as if your their only customer. Explain the system with patience, a smile, and always welcome questions and concerns. They address them rather quickly too. DSS for sure!!!!
