Awful service. Hardware failures aren't fixed, the monitoring service loses messages, calls aren't returned. I wanted to support a local business but after 5 years I'm dropping them.

Sun Ray never completed my installation. The last time a technician was at the house he clearly did not know how to do one of the tasks (hook alarm to sprinkler system flow valve) and said someone would have to come back and complete it. That was months ago. The entire project has been grueling with constant communication challenges. A competitor warned me this was a possibility and part of the reason they don't match prices with Sun Ray.

Absolutely the worst company to ever exist. The owner, Ray Allaire, is a slimeball who wants nothing more than to lock you into a scam where he will try to bleed you dry. He is a terrible owner, business man, and landlord. No one should trust him. Purchasing security from him is a fatal mistake for your bank account and against real intruders. I wish I could rate them negative stars.
