Excellent service from next day appt to professional work to calmly dealing with the issues of a historic entry door.
Leo explained the issues prior to start and calmly explained his steps throughout. All issues were resolved to perfection...and at a very fair price.

Amazing. After all the run around you get trying to get a get a key fob (from stores speakerships give as to why they charge $$$$, to rent coders and all the calls) Philly Lock a smith was great. Referring. Honest, professional, competitive pricing, no games, on time, completed job quickly. Friendly, was notrushing - and the type of person you would want as your neighbor.

Amazing service! I lost my car key fob while on vacation in Mexico. While in the Cancun airport I called Locksmith Philly and explained the situation. My car was parked at a hotel near the airport and our flight wouldn't be in until late. He told me not to worry and it would be done and he would leave the key with the desk. I gave him my car information to verify. He sent me a video of the key fob working in my car and I was able to venmo payment. This turned a really stressful situation around. I highly recommend!

I recently locked my keys in the truck while unloading groceries, I call Locksmith PHILLY and the gentleman took my information. Inform me that someone will be out within an hour, George arrived in about an half hour and got me in my car with little to no effort. I used Locksmith Philly for the first time today and to say that I am happy with the service is an understatement. I "misplaced" my car key fob and didn't have a spare set. Leo arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call and was very courteous. His work was quick and efficient. Unlocking my vehicle and cutting a new key along with programming a new fob all in all only took about 20 minutes. His pricing was a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for the same services. I will continue to use his business for locksmith services in the future and highly recommend him to family and friends.

Made a Copy of My car key LITTERALLY under 15 minutes!! I was Like that's it? Wow! Haha, If you're Nervous that you might lose, Misplace, or just need a Spare key hanging around for Not just your Car Key, But ANY key? This is one hell of a place that does it right! I turned on my car even BETTER than the original with this replacement!

I bought a home in Philly needing lock services before I even arrive. Leo was there in a flash, let himself in, inspected two locks/door handles both to the exterior, said he could have them repaired in a day. And he did! He sent me a video, charged a very fair price for such a short notice, and I know I will be delighted and thankful when I arrive in a few weeks time! I am much obliged, and am delighted to be part of a community with people like Locksmith Philly in it!

Awesome customer service. Showed up last week for a simple key duplication and saw the shop was temporarily closed due to being on a service call. Luckily, an employee was still sitting in one of their vehicles and saw me looking confused at the sign in the window. He asked me if I needed help and ran in to make me two copies of my key before leaving for his service call. Super nice, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be back here for all my key needs in the future (much better than dealing with the Big Box stores). Thank you so much again for your help that day. I wish I had gotten your name, but you seriously helped me out immensely.

Customer service is the Best!! We have a very unusual lock and unusually long keys. We have had keys made from everywhere for our house and they just spin and spin in the door. Leo came to our house to take a look and manually filed down a key to the correct size so it would work in our lock. He came quickly and was extremely helpful! 5 stars!

All the good reviews on this business were totally on point! I would give them a 10 on a scale of 5!! Very professional and very knowledgeable; this is so hard to find these days. He was prompt and I always reached someone directly when I called.
I was so apprehensive about having my lock changed at the last minute because it has all these features and I'm expecting a lot of traffic this coming week, but after meeting him, I put all my concerns to rest. There were a lot of problems with my installation due to a damaged "new" lock and previous poor workmanship, but he assured me he would come back today after I went out and bought a replacement, and he did. In addition, he corrected the misaligned holes on the door and frame, and fixed the latch on my handle. All this took a least double the estimated time so I expected the cost to go up, but it didn't. When I offered him additional money, he refused (so add trustworthy to the list). By the way, the cost was much less than I expected, very reasonable.
I am so happy with the workmanship and so excited that I have a locksmith for all my future projects.

I just had the most wonderful experience! Both of my front door locks had to be replaced in a timely manner. When I called and spoke with Leo, he was very sympathetic to my predicament, and came immediately to my home. He gave me fantastic service at a very reasonable price. Called after 4pm expecting to make an appointment for another day. Leo surpassed my expectations with an appointment the same afternoon. He changed 4 locks on 3 doors and made sure I had enough copies of the keys, all in less than one hour. I appreciated his professionalism, advice on which locks would work best, and great value.
