This company is awful. I placed an order through their site and 9 days after I placed the order I called them and asked if they were ever going to ship the order. They said it was in their shipping department waiting to be shipped. Its now been over two weeks and I have sent 2 emails and also an online chat inquiry and they have not responded to me. I have still not received my item or received any shipment confirmation. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for your security needs. Terrible customer service.

I switched to GEO-ARM after the self monitoring provider(MVM) I was using for 5 years went out of business. I have now been a customer of GEO-ARM for about a month and have not had any issues. The transition was flawless in my eyes and they met or exceed appointment times and my expectation. As a DIY'er I'm glad I found them. -Sworn law enforcement officer from Kentucky.

They are really excellent. Best Alarm Company I have ever had. The response time is unreal, as soon as my alarm triggers. I received a call from them asking for the false alarm password. I highly recommend to anyone looking for home or business security systems. I think is the cheapest one on the market and there is NO CONTRACT. Thank you for your service!

I have had great encounters when dealing with GeoArm's customer support and tech support. Every alarm that I have had, I have received a call within seconds from an operator asking for my false alarm password. Honest people and pricing at GeoArm!

I too received my pre-programmed system from GeoArm, mounted my wireless sensors and did a walk test to test that the programming was done correct and it was. I would recommend them so far, as they are knowledgeable and responsive.

Easy do-it-yourself installation that took me only 30 minutes to do. It came already programmed so just had to put the devices up on the door, walls and windows. They are an honest company and treated me well.
