Alert has a great alarm system, but what really makes them shine is their communication and customer service attitude. As a former customer of ADT, after making the switch to Alert it was much easier to get assistance. The difference was night and day. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Alert Protective Services-we've been with Alert for 6 years and have always been impressed by their customer service. A year ago we had our basement refinished, and Alert came before and after the project, giving us extra time and attention, to ensure we had the right products to meet our new needs. Very happy with the service I received from Alert. Around ten years ago, Alert Protective installed security cameras and an alarm system in my home. Both the security cameras and alarm system are still fully functioning after a decade of use. The support team is always easy to get a hold of and is quick to help.
