Just had a Trevor call me from here. I asked him how you spelled the company name (he had an accent and I didn't want to be rude and say I couldn't understand him) and he replied by firmly saying "like how it sounds" spelled "converge" then with an attitude spelled out the number one like I wasn't very smart. So I ignore it, maybe he's having a bad day? No. I asked for their number, he replies by firmly saying "WE are the ones calling our customers." OK.
I say "hold please." And called who he asked for. Who he asked for said he wouldn't be the one to talk to. So, I go back to Trevor and start to tell him this. And that "I Googled the company and saw that you guys were an IT" And that's where i got hung up on. WELL TREVOR. I WOULD HAVE SENT YOU TO THE CORRECT PERSON IF YOU WEREN'T RUDE AND DIDN'T HANG UP ON ME!
