Sonitrol ROCKS! Security in your home or business doesn't get any better than Sonitrol of Lexington. From sales, to service, to installation, and monitoring; the people that makeup Sonitrol are top notch across the board. I have had the privilege of knowing how good Sonitrol was for many years now (20+ years) but last night proved it once again; a would-be-thief was caught and apprehended by police before they had a chance to walk off with anything. Thank you Sonitrol; your alertness to the slightest sounds inside the house allowed for disaster to be averted. You guys ROCK! Thank you again.

Sonitrol is fantastic. I have been working with them for nine years now. When I have a problem or need a badge or assistance, they are fast, friendly and efficient. I have never, in nine years, had a complaint. Olivia, Tara, Tay and Jade, just to name a few in Customer Service, have all been fantastic. They know the right questions to ask and they know how to answer all of my questions. If they don't they find someone who does. And they do it fast!
