Although I'd rather order from the distributor thats in my state and only 20 mins from me. I can't help but using lock masters instead. Customer service is way better. I was back and forth with IDN trying to get part information for 30 mins and was told someone would get back to me. In that time I called David from lockmasters, they picked up right away and had a quote for me in just a few minuets.
The order is on its way and I still haven't heard back from the distributor4 in my state. Also if your a locksmith looking to learn. I took their safe classes last year and they were great! instructor was great at explaining things and the class was fun.

Outstanding company. Great place to work. And one of their employees Mary F. Possibly the greatest human being on earth. So friendly. And smart. And funny. She has to go through the garage, cause her wings won't fit through the front door.

A huge shout out to their integrity! They had a glitch with their computers, order didn't ship out when it was supposed to and they stepped up to the plate and sent my scope wand overnight to make up the difference. I'm a very happy customer, been buying from the for about 2 years and never had an issue.
